Weekend festivities

Friday night was a great night for a Tiger's Game! It was warm, sunny, and the Tiger's beat the White Sox, and now they're that much closer to being back in first place! Kayla did awesome and hung in there until the end for the fireworks show. It was one of the most awesome firework shows we have ever seen! Comerica Park does a great job of making the Tiger's games a family-friendly atmosphere.

Kayla couldn't wait for Molly's 6th birthday party. She said at least four times before the start of the Sunday noon pool party, "I can't believe today is really her party!" I realized something about being at a party with a dozen 5 and 6 year old girls - it's fun!!! The girls were all so very cute playing in the pool for hours. I soaked up how much this is such a sweet and innocent time watching them play so well together in the pool - (while she still wants me to be with her at her friend's birthday party)!!
